The Murrell Law Firm, P.A. is a full service law firm dedicated to the representation of homeowner and condominium associations throughout Southwest Florida. Our firm’s legal services include the representation of associations in collection matters, foreclosures, general contract negotiations and other condominium association legal matters.

          The Murrell Law Firm, P.A. provides legal services relating to the interpretation of governing documents for condominium and homeowner associations and Florida law, including the drafting and rewriting of governing documents after turnover from the Developer; amendment of existing governing documents; preparation of documents for and the participation in annual meetings and annual elections and other association meetings; advising in general day to day association matters, general litigation issues, and the transition of association control from developers to unit owners.  We also work very closely with association management companies in the drafting and negotiation of contracts for service providers, in addition to the collection of past due assessments, claims of lien, and the foreclosure of those liens for accounts in arrears when necessary.  Our firm also handles the interpretation and enforcement of non-compliance issues relating to violations of the governing documents for the associations we represent.
